Terms and Conditions

General Information about the Online Store:

The owner of the online store www.mpreklaam.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OÜ MP-Reklaamtrükk (registry code 10212594), located at Aleksandri tn 53, Tartu 51004, Estonia.

1. Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information

The sales terms apply when purchasing products from the MP Reklaamtrükk Online Store.

2. Ordering Process


Getting Started:

To order products, you can either submit an inquiry without creating an account or register an account to track your orders and view order history.
Submitting an Inquiry:
Fill out the inquiry form by selecting the desired products, quantities, preferred colors, and sizes. Product information is provided with each item in the Online Store.
Attach a design file or describe the desired customization (location, number of colors, size, etc.) to the inquiry form.
Customization options include pad printing, screen printing, heat transfer printing, laser engraving, and embroidery.
Price Calculator:
The price calculator provides an initial estimate based on the entered information. Currently, the calculator can only calculate printing costs for one position.

3. Specification of Details


Our team will review the entered information and attached files, adding details for personalization across multiple positions if needed. We will then send a detailed price offer along with the design file for approval.
Important! The offer is non-binding until confirmed by the customer.
Design Files:
Graphics should be submitted in vector format using one of the following file types:

  • CorelDraw (.cdr)

  • Adobe Acrobat (.pdf)

  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai)

  • Encapsulated Postscript (.eps)
    Customers can also provide additional information or questions in a separate field.

4. Order Confirmation and Fulfillment


After customer approval, the offer becomes a binding order agreement, and an invoice is issued. The order will be processed once the invoice is paid.

5. Order Fulfillment Deadlines


The fulfillment time depends on the products and generally ranges from 1 to 4 weeks.
The exact delivery time will be communicated after the order confirmation.
Note! We recommend placing orders well in advance, as seasonal and transportation delays are possible.

6. Delivery Conditions


We offer the following options for receiving orders:

  • Pickup from our office.

  • Courier service.

  • Delivery to a parcel locker.

  • Shipping outside Estonia.
    Shipping costs are added to the order price and specified during the ordering process.

7. Right of Withdrawal


After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
Important! The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made according to the customer's specifications (e.g., products with the customer's logo or special design).
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
In case of return:

  • The goods may only be handled to the extent necessary to ascertain their nature and functioning.

  • If the product has been used in any other way, the Online Store may reduce the refundable amount.

  • To withdraw, a corresponding application must be sent to mpreklaam@mpreklaam.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods.

  • The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

  • The Online Store will refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
    The Online Store may withdraw from the sales agreement and demand the return of goods if the product price was significantly lower than the actual market price due to a mistake.

8. Right to Submit a Complaint


The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity of goods with the terms of the contract that becomes apparent within two years from the date of delivery to the buyer.
If a defect is discovered, the Online Store must be notified within two months by sending an email to mpreklaam@mpreklaam.ee or calling +372 7303570.
The Online Store will repair or replace the defective product. If that is not possible, the purchase amount will be refunded.
Complaints will be answered within 15 days in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing.

9. Dispute Resolution

If an agreement cannot be reached, you may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee or the European Union's dispute resolution platform.
