Why does my cart contain a Handling Charge for under-the-limit purchase?
We do not deal with piece production and the costs associated with the production of below-the-limit quantities exceed the selling price of the goods. Therefore, for a very small number of pieces, a so-called under-limit fee is automatically added to the basket.
Why can't I only buy 1 piece of my selected product?
You can order one item without printing, but the order will have to be accompanied by a handling fee. If you are only interested in a sample of goods, contact the sales department. We will be happy to lend you a sample for the agreed time.
Why do you specify a price for 1 piece when they can't buy 1 piece?
One item can be added to combined orders that already contain other promotional items. For example, you can build a T-shirt order with only one or very few pieces of each color and size. Ordering only one item is also possible, but with a handling fee.
Is the product price shown on the website final, or are there any additional fees?
Our website's price calculator displays the product price based on different quantities. For most products, the price already includes printing.
An additional design fee may apply if you do not have a logo in vector format or if the design work is more time-consuming. A delivery fee is also added if you choose not to pick up the order from our office.
Is it cheaper to order a larger quantity of products?
Yes, the larger the quantity, the lower the price per unit.
If I order fewer products, will the price remain the same?
With smaller quantities, the price per unit usually increases.
How can I receive my order?
You can pick up your order from our office at Aleksandri 53, Tartu. We also deliver via courier or parcel machine within Estonia and internationally.
Do I need to provide my own design, or can you help with that?
We are happy to assist with product design, based on your wishes and input (logo files, brand guidelines, photos, keywords, etc.).
What kind of design files are required?
To print logos and designs on promotional products, we require files in vector format (.pdf, .cdr, .ai, .eps, .svg).
Any text for promotional items must also be sent as a vector file or specify the preferred font name.
Pantone (PMS) color codes should be used to define print colors.
For digital or sublimation printing (e.g., printing a photo on a shirt or mug), high-resolution raster graphic files (.tif, .psd, .jpg, .png) in CMYK color mode are also acceptable.
What is Pantone, CMYK, and RGB?
  • Pantone (PMS): An international color standard system ensuring precise color matching in print (e.g., the blue of the Estonian flag is Pantone 285 C).
  • CMYK: A four-color printing model (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key/Black) used for materials like flyers, business cards, and posters.
  • RGB: A color model based on light (Red, Green, Blue), used in screens like TVs, smartphones, and monitors. It’s important to note that RGB has a wider color range than CMYK, meaning not all RGB colors can be printed exactly as seen on screens. To ensure accurate logo colors, Pantone codes are recommended.
Is it possible to see and touch the products before ordering?
Yes, we have a large selection of samples available at our showroom at Aleksandri 53, Tartu. If needed, we can also order a sample from the supplier for you.
Are all your available promotional products listed on the website?
Our product range is constantly updated to offer the latest promotional gift options. Not all products are shown online. If you don't find the right product, please contact us, and we will find a suitable solution.
How can I find the best products and get a personalized offer?
To receive the best offer tailored to your needs, we recommend contacting us directly. We need the following information:
  • Who are the promotional products intended for (target group, e.g., clients, partners, employees)?
  • What is your budget?
  • When do you need the products?
  • What is the desired quantity?
  • Have you used promotional items before, or do you have specific preferences?
How long does order fulfillment take?
After confirming the order and design, fulfillment generally takes 2–4 weeks.
The timeline depends on the origin of the products, supplier availability, seasonality, print method, and order size.
For custom solutions, the lead time is longer, as producing a sample usually takes 7–21 days. For shipments outside the EU, customs procedures should also be considered.
If I order different products with the same design, will printing costs be lower?
Unfortunately, no. Even if the design is identical, each product requires individual setup and adjustments, resulting in separate printing costs for each item.
How are promotional gifts taxed?
Gifts with a value of up to 21 euros (excluding VAT) are not subject to taxation. You can find more detailed information here.
