Print File Requirements

To ensure a high-quality and smooth printing process, please submit your design files according to the following guidelines:

1. Design Files

  • All logo and print files must be submitted in vector format.
Accepted file formats: .PDF, .AI, .EPS, .CDR, .SVG
(All text must be converted to outlines, or the font file should be provided.)
  • Files can be sent by email. For larger files, please use WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive.
  • If you're only printing text but cannot provide a vector file, please let us know the font name to use.

2. Color Specifications

  • To ensure color accuracy, we recommend providing Pantone Matching System (PMS) color codes.
If exact Pantone codes are not available, we will match the colors as closely as possible.

3. Raster Graphics

If full-color or digital printing is required (e.g., for photos), raster files are also accepted:

  • Accepted formats: .TIF, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG
  • Required resolution: at least 300 dpi at 1:1 scale
  • Color mode: CMYK (RGB files must be converted before printing)

4. Design Preview and Approval

  • Before printing, we will send a design preview showing the placement of the logo or artwork on the product.
  • Minor adjustments (such as size, placement, or color) can be made upon request. Two rounds of edits are included free of charge.

5. Don’t have a print-ready file?

No problem — we’re happy to help! Our graphic design services include:

  • Editing existing files
  • Preparing files for print
  • Creating new designs from scratch

Design work is billed by the hour, based on the time spent.
