Custom shape polyester patch with merrow border and your woven logo design. Merrow borders are most popular and are best suited for basic shapes like circles and rectangles. Choose from our laser-cut styles for more complex shapes with finer details. Choose from sew-on, iron-on, hook & loop or adhesive backing for easy application on clothing, bags and headwear. -Iron-On Patches: Feature heat-activated adhesive for quick application on fabrics like cotton or polyester using an iron or heat press. Best for promotional apparel but may loosen with frequent washing unless stitched. -Sewn-On Patches: Designed for permanent attachment by stitching directly onto fabric, offering maximum durability. Ideal for heavy-duty items like workwear or outdoor gear but requires sewing skills. -Velcro Patches: Use hook-and-loop backing for easy attachment and removal, perfect for swapping designs.
